Bookings

Meet & greet

A meet & greet is required before we begin working together. This gives us a chance to meet your dog, understand their temperament and history, and make sure we're the right fit for each other.

Meet & greets are complimentary and typically take around 30 minutes at your home.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• cancellations within 48 hours of session - no charge

• cancellations with 24 hours of session - 50% fee

• same day cancellations - full session fee charged

We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in genuine circumstances.

Payments

We accept e-transfer and cash. Payment for individual sessions is due the day of the service. Monthly memberships are billed at the start of each billing period

Unpaid invoices may result in sessions being paused until the balance is cleared out.

Dog Requirements

For the safety of your dog and others, we require the following:

• up to date on core vaccinations

• in good general health at the time of service

• owners must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioural concerns prior to services

Weather Policy

We walk in most weather conditions - light rain, cold, and wind are no barrier. However, in cases of extreme weather such as severe thunderstorms, extreme heat advisories, or dangerous wind chill, sessions may be cancelled or replaced with alternative activities or the safety of your dog.

You will be notified as early as possible.
